Eloquent Dance CIC Terms and Conditions

By signing up for classes at Eloquent Dance Company, parents and guardians agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Registration and Fees: A non-refundable registration fee of £15 is required upon joining Eloquent Dance Company for the first time. All class fees are taken automatically via a subscription plan and must be paid in full by the 1st of each month. Late payments may result in the forfeiture of your child's place in the class.

2. Class Attendance: Regular attendance is essential for your dancer's progress. Please inform us in advance if your child is unable to attend a class. Refunds or make-up classes are not provided for missed sessions unless the class is cancelled by the instructor.

3. Uniform and Attire: All dancers must wear the appropriate uniform and dance attire for their classes. Hair must be neatly tied back, and no jewellery is allowed during classes for safety reasons.

4. Health and Safety: It is the responsibility of the parent or guardian to inform the instructors of any medical conditions or injuries that may affect the dancer's participation in classes. Parents must ensure that their dancer is in good health and fit to participate in dance activities.

5. Drop-off and Pick-up: Parents are responsible for the prompt drop-off and pick-up of their children. Eloquent Dance Company is not responsible for the supervision of children outside of their scheduled class times. For security reasons, parents are not permitted inside the studios during class times unless it is a designated observation day or your child is attending a trial class.

6. Behavior and Conduct: We expect all students to behave respectfully towards their instructors and fellow dancers. Disruptive behaviour may result in the child being asked to sit out of class or, in extreme cases, removal from our classes/ programme.

7. Core Values: At Eloquent Dance Company, our core values are unity, community, and passion. We believe in fostering a supportive environment where dancers work together as a team, build lasting friendships, and pursue their love for dance with dedication and enthusiasm. All members of our dance community are expected to uphold these values in and out of the studio.

8. Photography and Media Consent: By enrolling your child in Eloquent Dance Company, you consent to the use of photographs and videos of your child for promotional purposes, including social media, unless you notify us in writing that you do not wish your child to be photographed.

9. Cancellation and Refunds: Eloquent Dance Company reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes. In the event of class cancellation by the studio, a make-up class or credit will be offered. No refunds will be provided for missed classes due to personal reasons. If you have a holiday or medical appointment scheduled we must be given at least 4 weeks notice to allow for any credits.

10. Communication: All important updates and information will be communicated via email and on our company BAND app group. It is the responsibility of the parent or guardian to keep their contact information up to date and to regularly check for updates.

11. Agreement: By signing up for classes at Eloquent Dance Company, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
